Volunteer Mid-South works with more than 250 nonprofit agencies in the Mid-South area to help them identify volunteer needs, recruit and refer volunteers, provide volunteer management training to agencies, and promote volunteerism through the Spirit of Giving Awards and Volunteer Recognition Luncheon, and other events throughout the year.

• Receive referrals of volunteers from individuals contacting Volunteer Mid-South.
• Participate in the Memphis Teen Volunteers program, matching agencies with students for ongoing summer volunteering.
• Participate in the Family Matters program, offering one-time special volunteer opportunities to families in partnering agencies
