Volunteer Management Training Series

A 6-part workshop series for volunteer program managers. This six-part series is designed for professionals new to the field of volunteer management.  The purpose of this training is to give a clear understanding of what it takes to develop and manage a successful volunteer program.  Participants learn to design high impact volunteer jobs, create strategic recruitment plans, and more effectively place, manage and recognize their volunteers. The 2010 series begins in June.  Click Here for Details

Advanced Volunteer Management Workshops

Workshops are offered periodically dealing with advanced volunteer management issues and "hot topics."

Board Member & Board Development Training

Sessions are targeted at current and prospective board members on the candidate side.   Nonprofit Board development workshops are targeted to non-profit leadership volunteers and executive staff. For Board Connection information click here

Customized Training Services

Volunteer Mid-South contracts with non-profit agencies, schools, faith-based groups, and other organizations working with volunteers to provide consultation and training specific to the agency's needs.
