Memphis Teen Volunteers (MTV) is designed to make teen volunteerism easy, accessible and fun! It is a great way for teens, ages 13-17, to find ongoing volunteer opportunities both during the school year and the summer months. 

MTV gives teens the opportunity to increases their understanding of community needs, build leadership skills, learn respect, and enhance social awareness all while serving their community. 

MTV also provides teens with tips and resources on what makes a good volunteer and how teens can create their own service project so that they can make an impact in their own community.

For the summer months we encourage teens to attend the MTV Summer Fair. This gives teens the perfect opportunity to meet with agency representatives to learn how to spend their summer making an impact volunteering at a local non-profit. As a MTV Summer Volunteer, teens would have the chance to serve at a variety of agencies addressing different social issues such as hunger, animals, arts, seniors and more. There are numerous opportunities to choose!
